1. Unique manufacturing process of steel strand: horizontal continuous casting production process is adopted. 2. Steel strand production process

The manufacturing process of steel strand is divided into three parts:

One part is made of monofilament. Usually stainless steel wire rod, high-carbon steel or low-carbon steel wire rod and other raw materials are used for cold-drawn processing to obtain monofilaments of corresponding specifications. If coating is required, the monofilament is coated.

The second part is the production of steel strands. The produced monofilaments are twisted into steel strands of corresponding specifications with a stranding machine, and the prestressed steel strands are stabilized after forming.

The three parts are packaging molding. In order to facilitate transportation and use, it is usually shipped in two packaging forms: shaftless rollers and spools.
